Frodsham is a market town of some 15,000 residents. Nestling in the heart of Cheshire it has a long and interesting history, and has expanded rapidly in recent times.
The Photographic Society has around 50 members who meet weekly on Monday evenings (19:30 to 22:00) in Gallery 1 at Castle Park Arts Centre starting in September and continuing through to April.
Membership is open to all who profess an interest in photography, whether beginner or more advanced, young or more mature.
The Arts Centre can be found off Frodsham Main Street (A56) into Fountain Lane (watch for the Coffee Shop on the corner), immediately after passing under the railway bridge turn right (through the trees) .
The entrance to the Car Park is third on the left. The Postcode is WA6 6SE
We are governed by internal rules (click here to view the Rules) and are affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain and the Lancashire & Cheshire Photographic Union, which provide an excellent source of lecturers and judges for competitions.
